Pastor Tim Zacharias
, Senior Pastor
Pastor Zacharias grew up in a pastor’s home in Michigan. He received Christ as his personal Savior as a young boy and then was called to the ministry while at college. He received his training for the ministry at Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida, and later received a Master of Biblical Studies degree at Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary in Newington, Connecticut. After being ordained, he worked as a youth pastor for seven years in a large ministry in North Carolina. Pastor Zacharias has a passion for preaching the Word, serving Christ, one-on-one ministry and counseling.
Pastor’s wife, Stacie, grew up in a godly, Christian home. Her dad was an Air Force pilot and her mother was a homemaker. Both of her parents were godly examples and taught her to love the Lord. She received Christ as her personal Savior as a nine year-old girl and as a teenager, she gave her life to the Lord to be used in the ministry. She and Tim met at college and were married in August of 1990. Stacie has worked alongside her husband throughout their ministry as a secretary, pianist, children’s teacher, event planner and coordinator, Bible study teacher and a counselor to many women and young people. Her greatest joy is rearing their four children: Matthew, Michael, McKayla and Mark.

Pastor Matt Fitch, Associate Pastor
Pastor Matt Fitch was raised in a Bible-believing home in the state of Minnesota. It was in this home that his mother and father led him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as a young boy. During his teen years, he surrendered his life to Christ for whatever God would have. After graduating from Pensacola Christian College and receiving a Masters of Bible Exposition from Pensacola Theological Seminary, God called him into the ministry where he served 7 years as a youth pastor in a large ministry. Pastor Fitch loves God’s Word and practically applying its principles through preaching and particularly enjoys ministering in one-on-one settings.
His wife, Julie, grew up in Florida and was raised by godly parents who were both in full-time Christian service. She received Christ as her Savior at a young age and attended Pensacola Christian College. After graduating with an English degree, Julie went on to earn a Masters of Secondary Education. It was during her graduate work that she met Pastor Fitch. They began a friendship that eventually led to marriage on June 10, 2001. Her family, and greatest joy, now includes Abigail, Micah and Alyssa. Julie has been best friends with her husband since before marriage and has been a great blessing to him in the ministry personally. She especially enjoys ministering to young ladies through her example and counseling.
The Fitch family counts it a great privilege to minister to the community of Branford, Connecticut.
